Stevenson’s Strawberries began in the 70’s with one acre planted by Ford after consulting with an extension agent about the best possible crop for a farm with limited arable acreage. Forty years later, after many changes in cultivation practices and with additional acreage we are still here. In 2015 as Ford and Sue had been working on an exit strategy form the farm and an entrance strategy for retirement Toms and Ashley were able to buy the farm. Tom had farmed on his own for 10 years growing mainly vegetables. We continue to grow a few vegetables with Strawberries being our main crop. Throughout the years we have received great satisfaction as we have watched our valued customers return time after time to pick our fresh berries. We hope that as well as picking healthy, locally grown produce, you have also enjoyed your time on the farm where you may have created a family tradition or just a pleasurable outdoor experience. You, our customers, are the reason for the joy we derive from producing a quality crop.
